What is Reiki?
As early as the beginnings of civilization, we have been using touch to comfort and relieve pain. Our body is a vessel of life force energy that we can use as a channel for universal healing energy. Through an attunement we come into direct contact with the source of that energy---first to heal ourselves and then others.
Reiki is a non-invasive energetic practice that promotes balance and harmony, relieves stress and creates whole body wellness.
When Reiki, you begin a journey of self-discovery and self healing to restore your mind, body and spirit.
Why learn Reiki?
People take Reiki for a variety of reasons. Some want an alternative method to healing which works directly at the energetic source of the problem rather than masking symptoms.
Others are interested in starting a career in the healing arts or adding to their “toolbox’ of Alternative Therapies.
Everyone can benefit from learning Reiki. Once attuned, the receiver becomes a channel for the healing energy thereby increasing their life force energy. This gift lasts forever.

Reiki Level I and II:
Reiki I and II are taught together during a weekend intensive. Both attunements are given. All the information and techniques are covered including:
Giving a complete Reiki treatment for self and others. (And animals)
Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Dr. Usui including: Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho - developing your intuition, Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed, Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes, Koki ho - using the breath to send Reiki, Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing ones energy field, Jacki-kiri Joka-ho, clearing objects of negative energy., Hayashi Healing Guide
The Reiki II symbols, how to use them with practice time.
You’ll receive Level 1 & 2 Certification and Attunement as well as the Training Manual.
(You will need to commit to doing Reiki sessions with others for a period of time after the workshop in order to fully process and attune to the system. Please be prepared to do so.)
